Returns & Refunds
 
All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging and come with the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise posted.   Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping charge imputed into the total cost.  Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions.
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of when you placed your order. If your item has already shipped, you will be subject to our return policy.
If you change your mind about a purchase and decide that you would like to return or exchange a product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase  to obtain a Return Authorization Number. To do so, please send us email at iroams1@yahoo.com . Please do not return a product without a Return Authorization Number (RMA number). We accept returns under the following circumstances:
  • Product is unopened
  • Product must be in Resellable Condition
  • Product must be in the original packaging and materials
  • Unless the product shipped was different than the one ordered, or customer received a damaged order, return shipping costs and actual shipping & handling costs of the product sent to the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.  Damaged returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 3 days from the date of purchase. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose up to a 30% restocking fee. No refunds or credit will be granted after 3 days.  The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly.

If the product is defective, Please Contact manufacturer and defective returns will be handled based on the manufacturer's policy. You can get a list of manufacturer phone numbers by contacting us. Some manufacturers prefer that returns should go through retailers, In that case a product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return.

 

Restocking Fees:
All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in re-sellable condition. 

No Returns:
Hospital beds and custom made/"built to order" products cannot be returned.  All Bath Safety products are non-returnable due to hygienic issues.

ANY RETURNED ITEM WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER CANNOT BE CREDITED.

Refunds are credited after product receipt and in re-saleable condition.

We ship products Monday-Friday. We ship all products in 1-2 business days with most products shipped in 24 hours.
